Ryzen 7 7800X3D + Radeon RX 9070 XT — 1440p Ultra at high refresh

Two parts chosen for one job: maximum frames in real games.

The Ryzen 7 7800X3D has 96 MB of 3D V-Cache — a second layer of memory stacked right on the chip, so game data sits next to the cores instead of travelling back and forth. That single feature is why X3D processors beat chips with far more cores in gaming benchmarks, and why this one stayed a favourite long after newer models arrived.

The Radeon RX 9070 XT with 16 GB brings RDNA 4, FSR 4 and enough video memory for the games coming over the next few years. In Battlefield 6 at 1440p it holds 135–173 FPS with optimised settings. In Cyberpunk 2077 at 1440p it sits around 120 FPS. Esports titles run far past any monitor you're likely to own.

16 GB of video memory matters more than it used to. New AAA games are pushing past 8 GB at 1440p, and cards that run short of memory stutter even when the average frame rate looks fine. This one has room.

Who it's for

You play at 1440p and want ultra settings with a high-refresh monitor actually working for you. You play new AAA titles as they come out. You want a PC that won't need a graphics card upgrade in two years.

Who it's not for

If you play at 1080p, this is more than you need — CRAFT PLAY Katana costs far less and gives you the same frames in esports titles. And if 4K at ultra is your target, look at CRAFT TITAN Reaper instead.
