Where we ship?

 

We currently ship within the EU. For deliveries outside the EU, please contact us before ordering.

 

 

Shipping fees (country-based flat rates)

 

Shipping fees are shown at checkout before payment.

 

• Belgium: €20

• Netherlands: €25

• Germany: €30

• Spain: €50

• Poland: €50

• Czech Republic: €50

• Other EU countries: calculated at checkout (country/zone-based)

 

If your country is not listed at checkout, message us on WhatsApp for a quote.

Handling & delivery times

• In-stock items: ship within 3-5 business day.
   

• Custom builds: ship within 5–10 business days (assembly + stress tests).
   

• Delivery times depend on destination (~2–7 business days). Times shown online are indicative and not of the essence.

 

Carriers & tracking

We ship with DHL / DPD / UPS / GLS / Nova Poshta Global. Tracking is provided for all parcels.

Damage on arrival (DOA) & transport issues

Please inspect the parcel on delivery. If damaged, notify us within 24 hours and provide:

• photos/videos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the affected item;
   

• the carrier receipt/scan (or delivery note).
  
  We will repair/replace or refund as required and cover the return in DOA cases.
   

 

Risk & responsibility

For EU consumers, risk passes on delivery to you. If you arrange your own carrier (or for B2B collections), risk passes on handover to your carrier.

 

Local pickup

Pickup is available from our store: Haasstrasse 64, 4700 Eupen, Belgium (please contact us to arrange a time).
