Where we ship?
We currently ship within the EU. For deliveries outside the EU, please contact us before ordering.

Handling & delivery times

In-stock items: ship within 3-5 business day.

Custom builds: ship within 5–10 business days (assembly + stress tests).

Delivery times depend on destination (~2–7 business days). Times shown online are indicative and not of the essence.
Carriers & tracking
We ship with DHL / DPD / UPS / GLS / Nova Poshta Global. Tracking is provided for all parcels.
Damage on arrival (DOA) & transport issues
Please inspect the parcel on delivery. If damaged, notify us within 24 hours and provide:

photos/videos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the affected item;

the carrier receipt/scan (or delivery note).
We will repair/replace or refund as required and cover the return in DOA cases.
Risk & responsibility
For EU consumers, risk passes on delivery to you. If you arrange your own carrier (or for B2B collections), risk passes on handover to your carrier.
