1) Who can use this website

You can purchase without creating an account (guest checkout).

You must be 18+ to place an order. If you are under 18, a parent/guardian must place or approve the order.

We sell and ship within the EU. For deliveries outside the EU, please contact us first.
2) Sales channels & acceptance of orders

We accept orders via our website, email, WhatsApp/Instagram/Facebook/TikTok DMs, and in-store.

An order is accepted when:
a) you complete checkout and receive our order confirmation, or
b) you receive our written commercial offer/proforma (with price and payment details) and we confirm receipt of your payment.

We may decline or cancel an order in case of pricing/stock errors, payment authorization failure, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, or unavailability. (Refund provided if payment was taken.)
3) Customer information
You must provide accurate contact details (name, surname, address, email, phone; VAT number for B2B). Orders and timelines shown online are indicative, not of the essence.
4) Prices, VAT & payments

Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. The applicable VAT amount is calculated and shown at checkout based on the delivery country and your customer status.

Payment methods: IBAN (SEPA) bank transfer, PayPal, Mollie, Klarna, Visa/Mastercard.

Custom builds: a 20% deposit secures parts. If you cancel after parts are ordered, this deposit is non-refundable. The balance is due before shipment.
5) Retention of title
Title to the goods remains with CRAFT PC until full and cleared payment is received. Until title passes, handle the goods with reasonable care and do not sell, pledge, or encumber them. (Risk transfers as set out in Shipping & Delivery.)
6) Shipping, delivery & risk

Paid EU shipping with DHL / DPD / UPS / GLS / Nova Poshta Global. Country-based flat rates are shown at checkout.

Handling time: in-stock items ship within 2-5 business day; custom builds ship within 3–7 business days after assembly and stress-tests.

Delivery times are indicative and not of the essence.

Damage on arrival: notify us within 24 hours with photos/videos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the item, plus the carrier receipt/scan.

Local pickup is available at Haasstrasse 64, 4700, Eupen, Belgium.

If you arrange your own carrier (or B2B collection), shipment is at your risk from handover to the carrier; otherwise, for EU consumers, risk passes on delivery.
7) Returns & 14-day withdrawal (summary)

For non-custom products bought online, EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery.

Custom-built PCs (made to your specifications) are excluded from the 14-day withdrawal right.

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. We refund the outbound shipping up to the standard delivery cost.

If used beyond a normal in-store check, we may reduce your refund to reflect diminished value (evidence-based).

Use protective packaging (original where reasonably possible) and a trackable courier; keep proof of dispatch. We accept returns only for items purchased directly from CRAFT PC.

Faulty/DOA: we repair/replace or refund as required by law and cover return costs.

8) Conformity, warranty & what’s not covered

2-year EU warranty on new components (statutory rights apply).

Included with each PC: Windows installation (no key), drivers, BIOS tuning (XMP/EXPO where applicable), basic color/thermal optimization.

Not covered (statutory rights unaffected): normal wear; removed/altered serial numbers; damage from misuse/neglect/improper installation, inadequate ventilation, non-original mods, moisture/liquids, smoke residue; software/configuration errors or malware; and (for GPUs) use for crypto-mining. Coil whine is not a defect per se.
Display pixel policy
Displays follow ISO Class 2 unless a pixel guarantee is purchased (then Class 1 for 2 years). Minor bright/dark pixels within class limits are not considered defects.
Laptop batteries
Battery warranty 12 months as a consumable. Gradual capacity loss over time/use is expected and not a manufacturing defect. (Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.)
9) B2B sales

For B2B orders, please contact us for a quote and terms (pricing, VAT-0% with valid VIES, lead times, warranty, returns).

Where goods are supplied on invoice, payment terms are as stated on the invoice. If an invoice remains unpaid after the due date, we may charge statutory late interest and reasonable collection costs as permitted by law, after written notice.

For buyer-arranged collection/shipping, risk passes on handover to the carrier.
10) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect/special/consequential losses (e.g., lost profits or data), except where prohibited by law. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
11) Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control (internet/utility outages, natural disasters, epidemics/pandemics, strikes, war/terrorism, changes in law). We will notify you where feasible.
12) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page and applies from the date of publication.

14) Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Courts of Liège/Eupen have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers may also use the EU ODR platform.
